Cindy Crawford shared the tribute on Instagram this past weekend. Presley passed away on September 20, aged just 27. She also shared how grateful the family felt and how they had 27 years together with Presley. Crawford also praised how Presley treated others during his life.
She wrote, “Presley Walker Gerber, July 2, 1999-September 20, 2026. We are beyond heartbroken to lose our beloved son and brother. We feel so blessed to have had Presley in our lives for 27 years. He is a sweet, beautiful soul who loved and is loved, now and forever. We are so proud of how he showed up in the world, with kindness and vulnerability. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from so many who know and love our family and even strangers who feel our pain.”
The family also thanked everyone who offered support. Even strangers reached out during this painful time. Crawford ended the post with a loving message. “Til we meet again our sweet boy. We love you forever, Mom, Dad and Kaia.”
The post included a black-and-white photo of Presley. He was the only son of Crawford and Rande Gerber. He was also the younger brother of model Kaia Gerber. Presley started modeling as a teenager, signing with IMG Models at just 15. A year later, he walked his first runway in Milan.
He later appeared alongside Cindy Crawford in a 2018 Pepsi ad that recreated her iconic 1992 Super Bowl commercial. However, Presley eventually chose to step away from the public eye. He had been open about his struggles with addiction and mental health, even sharing details about his treatment online. Although his autopsy has been completed, the cause of death remains undetermined.
