Heather Gay doubted Britani Bateman’s latest dating declaration. The RHOSLC star recently said she wanted no more men in her life. Still, Heather questioned whether Jared Osmond had truly left the picture. The claim followed another complicated chapter in Britani Bateman’s love life. Her on-and-off romance with Jared repeatedly spilled into Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
Heather Gay doubts Britani Bateman is really done with Jared Osmond on RHOSLC
In a Bravo Daily Dish interview, Britani Bateman said she had stopped dating after her latest split from Jared Osmond. Instead, she planned to focus on herself and her family.
Britani even summed up her new approach with two words: “No men.” However, Heather Gay questioned how long that promise would last. She pointed to Britani and Jared’s history of breaking up and reconnecting.
RHOSLC viewers have watched that pattern play out for several seasons. Britani and Jared repeatedly moved between romance, distance and reconciliation.
Their relationship also created tension within the group. Britani previously defended Jared when her castmates questioned whether the romance worked for her.
That history explained Heather’s skepticism. Earlier this year, Britani again discussed her complicated relationship with Jared after fans raised more questions about their status.
Meanwhile, Heather Gay often pushed Britani to speak more honestly about what she wanted. Their friendship regularly included blunt conversations about dating, relationships and Britani’s decisions.
Britani, however, insisted this chapter felt different. She said she wanted to spend more time with her children and focus on personal growth. For now, she said romance no longer sat at the top of her priorities.
Still, Heather continued to question the “no men” declaration. Britani Bateman said she planned to move forward without Jared Osmond. Heather clearly had doubts, and that tension could easily become another RHOSLC storyline.
