A video from the trip later circulated online and appeared to show the longtime Real Housewives of Miami castmates arguing. The footage quickly drew attention because the clash did not make it into the aired episodes.

The viral clip appeared to capture Adriana approaching Alexia during the dispute. At one point, Adriana seemed to say that she “came over to apologise.”
The Alexia Nepola Adriana de Moura tension was hardly new. The two women had clashed several times over the years on RHOM, and reports of another disagreement surfaced around seven months earlier during filming.
Fans quickly began speculating about what caused the latest RHUGT fight. Some viewers suggested Adriana may have made a comment involving Alexia’s husband, Todd, though the source did not confirm what actually started the argument.
Their history had included several personal disputes. Alexia and Marysol Patton had previously accused Adriana of acting unsupportive when Alexia felt happy, while Adriana had accused the pair of trying to manipulate group dynamics.
Alexia had also publicly described Adriana as a “coward and a liar” in earlier conflicts. Despite the apparent RHUGT-deleted scene, their relationship seemed to have improved afterward. Alexia later shared a photo with Adriana on Instagram Stories. Adriana also commented positively on one of Alexia’s behind-the-scenes posts, writing, “Looking better than ever! ?.”
More recently, the two appeared together at a Bar Shish Miami event. Alexia commented, “Loved seeing you,” while Adriana responded, “likewise, beautiful.” Their recent interactions suggested that whatever happened during the unaired Alexia-Adriana fight had not created another lasting feud.
For Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip viewers, however, the resurfaced footage offered a glimpse at a confrontation that apparently never made the final edit.
