Paris Hilton shared an emotional tribute to Presley Gerber after his death at age 27, remembering her longtime friend as a “beautiful soul.”
Hilton posted the message on Instagram Stories and reflected on the bond they had shared since childhood. She also offered support to Gerber’s family as they mourned his loss.

“I’m completely heartbroken. I still can’t believe this is real,” she wrote.
The reality star described Gerber as kind, sensitive and genuine. She said she cared deeply about him and would miss him greatly.
“You were such a beautiful soul,” Hilton wrote. “So sweet, sensitive, kind and genuine.”
Her Presley Gerber tribute also focused on the memories they had built over the years. Hilton said Gerber had a gentle nature that people close to him could recognize.
“I hope you knew how deeply loved you were and how many people cared about you,” she added.
Hilton ended her message by sending condolences to Gerber’s loved ones.
“My heart is with your entire family during this unimaginable time,” she wrote. “Rest in peace, my friend. Love you forever. You will be so deeply missed.”
Hilton and Gerber had crossed paths at several Los Angeles events over the years. Gerber attended Hilton’s 39th birthday celebration in 2020 and later appeared at the premiere of Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir in January.
Gerber died at a rehab facility on Sunday. The source said authorities had not yet completed an autopsy, so it did not establish his cause of death.
Before his death, Gerber had spoken publicly about his treatment and his struggles with substance use and mental health. In a 2025 Instagram video, he discussed medications he was taking and said recent losses had affected his condition.
His family later requested privacy while dealing with what their representative called a “very difficult and painful time.”
