Off Campus stars Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli, who play Hannah and Graham on the show, have given fans a new update amid rumors that the two may be caught up in a feud. The co-stars took to social media to let fans know they are currently back on set filming Season 2.
Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli reunite in a new video to tease Off Campus Season 2
Appearing on the show’s official Instagram account with an update for fans, Cameli, 28, made the announcement with Bright, 19, standing beside him. He said, “Hi everyone, it’s Ella and Belmont from Off Campus. We just wanted to say that we have been so overwhelmed by the response to the first season. You guys made it what it is, and we genuinely cannot thank you enough. We’re back filming season 2 right now, and we cannot wait for you to see what’s coming. Trust us, it’s gonna be worth the wait.”
Speculation about a possible rift between Cameli and Bright emerged late last month. Fans noticed that Cameli had deleted or archived almost all of his Instagram posts with Bright. The posts included photos of the co-stars together during appearances on The Today Show and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Cameli also deleted his PopSugar cover with Ella and photos from the pair’s red carpet appearance at the Brazil premiere.
Some fans believe the actor may have removed the posts because of his relationship with his girlfriend, Raina Morris. Raina also called out some of Cameli’s fans for sending messages to her family. She wrote in an Instagram story, as per Just Jared, “If you are a fan of my boyfriend: Yay! Please stop messaging my family members. They are so confused. Write it in your diary and then go on a walk instead! Love u.”
The upcoming episodes are currently in production. The new season will introduce a new central romance between Allie, played by Mika Abdalla, and Dean, played by Stephen Kalyn. The storyline is based on the third book in Elle Kennedy’s bestselling hockey romance series of the same name.
