Netflix has already removed one original title from its library, while five more titles are scheduled to leave the streaming service throughout September 2026. Here is when each title will be removed:
Crashing Season 1
Crashing Season 1 is no longer available on Netflix as of September 1, 2026. The series follows several young adults who live together in an abandoned hospital while working as property guardians. Their arrangement brings disagreements, romantic complications, and personal secrets to the surface. The main cast members include Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Jonathan Bailey.
Jandino: Whatever It Takes
Jandino: Whatever It Takes will leave Netflix on September 9, 2026. The 2016 special features Dutch-Curaçaoan comedian Jandino Asporaat performing a live stand-up routine in Rotterdam.
Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: The Battle of Unato
Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: The Battle of Unato will be leaving Netflix on September 13, 2026. Set three months after the original series, the story follows the armored train crew as they arrive at the Unato fortress and face the undead Kabane. Tasuku Hatanaka voices Ikoma, while Sayaka Senbongi voices Mumei.
The Father Who Moves Mountains
The Father Who Moves Mountains will leave Netflix on September 17, 2026. The 2021 film follows a wealthy retired intelligence officer whose son disappears during a winter hike in the Bucegi Mountains. He uses his former government connections and high-tech equipment to organize the search for his son. Adrian Titieni and Elena Purea star in the film.
Life Season 1
Life Season 1 will depart Netflix on September 23, 2026. The medical drama takes place in Sangkook University Hospital. There, an emergency room doctor comes into conflict with the hospital’s newly appointed CEO. Lee Dong-wook and Cho Seung-woo lead the cast.
Forest of Piano Seasons 1-2
Forest of Piano Seasons 1 and 2 will no longer be available on Netflix on September 28, 2026. The anime follows Kai, a boy who grows up playing a mysterious piano abandoned in the woods, and Shuhei, who comes from a privileged musical family. The cast features Soma Saito as Kai Ichinose, while Natsuki Hanae voices Shuhei Amamiya.
