Just a few weeks after authorities arrested Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate, their lawyer has issued a fiery message involving Donald Trump regarding their clients’ release. Joseph McBride, who also advocated for several people involved in the infamous US Capitol attack of 2021, recently embarked on an aggressive tirade demanding freedom for the Tate brothers, where he threatened to approach the POTUS if the judge didn’t rule in their favor.
Andrew Tate’s lawyer says they will go to Donald Trump if they lose
On August 13, Andrew and Tristan Tate’s lawyer Joseph McBride emphasized his clients’ innocence outside a federal courthouse. It was before claiming that help from Donald Trump would be the final resort in their case.
“The truth of the innocence and the reasons why they should be released will be so overwhelming, will be so compelling, that if the decision goes the other way, we’ll all have to ask questions about what’s going on here,” McBride said, as per the clip shared by Ed Krassenstein.
Notably, the Tate brothers have been in custody since their July 18 arrest, with the UK seeking extradition. “If we lose, and if this judge says, ‘Look, despite the compelling arguments, despite what you’ve presented in front of me today, I’m still gonna rule against you,’ then we will go straight to President Trump’s office,” Andrew and Tristan Tate’s lawyer continued.
“We will go straight to Marco Rubio, because Andrew and Tristan Tate, or any other American citizen, cannot get extradited without the Secretary of State’s signature,” McBride added.
McBride concluded his bellicose speech by bizarrely connecting the case to the American Revolution. “We will say to him, I understand we have a long-lasting relationship with the United Kingdom, but don’t forget that that relationship started when we took their tea and threw it into the damn water,” he exclaimed.
