American actor and film producer Chris Pratt and his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger have been trying to sell their mansion for quite some time. However, as they continue looking for the right buyer, the couple has now made changes to the property’s asking price.
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are asking $20 million for their Pacific Palisades home
As reported by Blast, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s daughter and her husband appear determined to sell their mansion, even if it means making little to no profit on the property. Their latest move makes that clear, as they have relisted the mansion at an even lower asking price than before.
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have now listed their mansion for $20 million, which is a staggering $12 million below their desired asking price.
The mansion has now been listed for the fifth time with a price change. The couple first put it on the market in 2023 for their desired asking price of $32 million, but after failing to find a buyer, they reduced the price by $2 million just three months later. However, in November that same year, Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger relisted the property at its original $32 million asking price, only to remove the listing again just two days later.
The mansion’s details are equally impressive. The one of the highest-grossing film stars bought the property in 2018 for $15.6 million and moved in with his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, in 2021, two years after their marriage. The high-end residence features six rooms along with a sauna, a basketball court and a full-sized movie theater.
The Pacific Palisades mansion is not Chris Pratt’s only notable property. In 2023, he purchased the Zimmerman House in Los Angeles’ Brentwood area for $12.3 million. The historic mid-century modern property spans around 15,000 square feet.
Beyond Los Angeles, Pratt also owns Still Water Ranch in Washington’s San Juan Islands, a private rural farm spread across more than 100 acres.
