Adam22 is weighing in after Lena the Plug pulled an unexpected stunt while appearing on Drake’s livestreamed dating show. The podcaster knew his wife had some surprises planned, but one particular move still struck a nerve after he watched what happened.
Adam22 says Lena the Plug ‘went over the line’ with Drake but isn’t holding it against her
In a video published by TMZ, Adam22 addressed Lena’s appearance on Drake’s 20-vs-1 dating stream. The outlet caught up with him in Los Angeles on Aug. 10 and asked how he felt about his wife’s behavior.
Adam22 admitted Lena “went over the line” when she removed her wedding ring and tossed it away in front of Drake. During the Drake dating show, the rapper questioned why Lena was participating despite being married. She responded by ditching the ring before presenting him with a hall pass signed by Adam22.
The Lena the Plug stunt did not come as a complete surprise to her husband. Adam22 said she had warned him about several things before the stream, including the permission slip. However, he admitted that he felt “something” when he saw her throw the ring.
Still, Lena the Plug’s husband is not treating the incident like a marital crisis. Adam22 told TMZ that he was not holding the moment against her. He also joked about a private way she could make things up to him after the show.
Lena also documented her appearance with Drake on her own Instagram. In the Aug. 8 carousel, captioned “Best I ever had ?,” she shared moments from the Drake dating show, including her interaction with the rapper.
Lena did not ultimately win the competition. Drake selected streamer Pinkchyu, while Lena walked away with $25,000 and a trip to New Zealand.
Adam22 and Lena have publicly discussed their unconventional relationship before. They also recently dealt with unusual divorce-related court filings that both have said did not come from Lena. She previously told TMZ that she remained with Adam22.
Whatever line the wedding-ring stunt crossed for Adam22, his latest reaction suggests he does not intend to hold it against his wife.
