Elsa Pataky is reportedly looking to revive her acting career as her children grow older. According to a source who spoke with Star, the actress is eager to pursue leading Hollywood roles after years of prioritizing family life.

From meeting in 2010 to marrying and settling down with Hemsworth, Pataky’s career has been on hold. Hemsworth has also acknowledged the sacrifices that his wife has made to support his dreams and be an anchor to the family.
A source said that Pataky is “more known as a super beautiful super mom these days than an actress.”
As the couple’s three children are becoming teenagers, Pataky is feeling a renewed drive to restart her career in Hollywood. A source told Star what the ideal career for Pataky would look like. “People want to see her do Nicole Kidman-style projects, juicy streaming dramas where she can lean into her natural, age-defying sex appeal,” they said, adding, “This has always been the long-term goal, even after she settled down with Chris and had a family.”
The couple is now leveraging their Hollywood contacts to get leading roles for Pataky. “She and Chris are scouting out projects for her and working the phones,” the source said. They also noted that the pair have “very famous friends who are fans and dying to work with Elsa.”
Pataky already seems to be making significant strides in her career. Deadline recently reported that she will be starting with Jessica Alba in an upcoming spy thriller.
