Meghan Markle continued her solo appearance streak this week when she visited a Girl Scout camp. There, she joined the young girls for a special screening of the documentary “Cookie Queens“. Markle and Prince Harry were the executive producers of the 2026 film under the label of Archewell Productions.
Meghan Markle spotted on another outing without Prince Harry
Meghan Markle made an unexpected appearance on Wednesday to back her latest film. The Duchess of Sussex paid a surprise visit to a Girl Scout camp in Ojai, California, attending a special screening of Cookie Queens with the campers. It follows four Girl Scouts, ages 5 to 12, through the high-pressure $800 million annual cookie-selling season.
According to the Daily Express, the mother-of-two took photos and selfies with the campers, as well as with the documentary’s staff and crew. Markle looked effortlessly stylish in a casual outfit, a brown knit top paired with white shorts and dark loafers. She wore her hair in a high ponytail, and her makeup was fresh with a natural glow.
Alysa Nahmias helmed the film and shared producing credits with Michael Dweck, Gregory Kershaw, and Jennifer Sims. Besides Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the documentary lists 11 other executive producers. The full producing lineup includes Chanel Pysnik, Regina K. Scully, Hallee Adelman, Ann Lewnes, Stephen G. Hall, Ruth Ann Harnisch, Geralyn Dreyfous, Tegan Acton, Emma Pompetti, James Costa, and Trevor Burgess.
The 44-year-old was also in Los Angeles on Tuesday for another special screening of the Cookie Queens. When she took the stage for a Q&A, Markle opened up about the advice her husband gave her during the “really hard days.”
“I think so much of it, funny enough, I was thinking about something my husband told me ages ago, because we all go through experiences and life is full of surprises,” she shared, per PEOPLE.
Meghan Markle’s outings this week follow the couple’s recent trip to Europe, with stops in Portugal and the UK. The Duchess, Prince Archie, and Princess Lilibet joined Prince Harry for a quiet, private visit with King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House in Gloucestershire.
