Andrew Tate now faces 42 charges, including rape, sex trafficking, assault and other alleged offences. Tristan Tate faces 17 charges involving rape, sexual assault and alleged trafficking-related offences.
The newly released documents outlined allegations involving several women in England. Prosecutors said British investigators gathered witness statements, electronic messages and photographs during their investigations.
The brothers have previously denied all allegations against them. Their lawyers have also described the UK case as politically motivated and vowed to fight the extradition request.
Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in Florida on July 18, according to authorities. They were reportedly detained while travelling to a bare-knuckle boxing event in Miami. The brothers appeared in federal court in Miami as they challenged the UK’s extradition request. Their legal team has sought bail while the extradition proceedings continue.
