Yonkers-raised American rapper J-Hood took to Instagram to question whether 50 Cent could sell out Yankee Stadium. He shared an Instagram Reel captioned, “Could 50 Cent sell out Yankee Stadium 3 nights like Jay Z just did? ????.”
According to Vice, speaking about Yankee Stadium in the video, J-Hood said, “I know how big of an impact Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ had internationally, but I just don’t know if the whole New York is pulling up for three 50 Cent shows, man.”
Soon after, 50 Cent commented on the Reel; he said, “LOL MY LAST ? TOUR 103 shows 3rd highest grossing run ?? for hip hop.” “Google me, I’m 50cent.”
In response, J-Hood said, “I hear you champ I’m talking about 3 nights in NY tho not overseas ??.” However, the rapper did not reply to the comment. Fans were quick to react, jumping in support of The Massacre singer.

According to Vice, the rapper previously commented on how former rappers are turning into podcasters in New York. Jay-Z recently held a three-night concert from July 10 to July 12 at Yankee Stadium. The concert also featured performances by Beyoncé and Rihanna. The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ singer addressed the reel, but did not respond further to the comments.
