During the May 14, 2026, episode, Angelina took a positive pregnancy test alongside her co-star Sammi Giancola on the show. She expressed happiness about the pregnancy and also discussed her previous fertility challenges.
However, her health concerns intensified during the May 28 episode of the series’ ninth and final season. “I’m just not feeling myself. Some stuff’s happening with me and my pregnancy, and I don’t know what’s going on and I don’t even know what to do.”
She later discussed the situation with Sammi. “I’m spotting. I’m wearing a pad right now,” she told Sammi, who became concerned and responded, “I’m going to be honest with you, when I miscarried, like a chemical pregnancy, I was spotting right away, and then it, like, just, it happened,” she told her friend. “So, to me, I’m getting a little concerned for you. I don’t want to think the worst, but for your own peace of mind, go to the ER and just check. They can see what’s going on.”
The episode, which was originally filmed in 2025, ended with a teaser indicating that Pivarnick had lost the pregnancy. “I woke up in the middle of the night. I’m actively miscarrying,” she can be heard saying in the preview.
Ahead of the May 28 episode airing, Pivarnick wrote, “I’m ready to watch this sad episode,” on her X account.
