Sydney Sweeney‘s latest Instagram photo carousel from the set of Euphoria Season 3 has fans once again speculating about her relationship with co-star Zendaya.
The Dune star is nowhere to be seen in the carousel post shared by Sweeney, prompting internet users to wonder whether the exclusion was intentional.

Sweeney’s post featured her hanging out with cast members Jacob Elordi, Alexa Demie, and Maude Apatow and also included a photo of the late Eric Dane.
Zendaya’s conspicuous absence has reignited rumors of tension between the two Euphoria stars. The feud is rumoured to have started earlier in 2026, when the actresses appeared to avoid each other at promotional events around Euphoria.
The feud has also been traced back to the time Sweeney was “flirty” with Zendaya’s A-list fiancé, Tom Holland.
“That did not go down well with Zendaya. They have not really hung out socially since then,” a source has claimed.
Another source claimed that tensions between the actresses remain unresolved, saying, “During the press tour, any interactions between the pair are being kept to a minimum to avoid any awkward encounters on camera. There is a complete ban on journalists asking about tensions between Zendaya and Sydney.”
A more recent speculation suggests that the two have clashed over their political differences. Sweeney, an all-out Republican voter, seemingly holds views that don’t sit well with Zendaya. The source reported that Zendaya “doesn’t want to be associated with a Trump supporter.”
However, Euphoria cast member Jessica Blair has attempted to shut down rumours, saying that everyone on the set gets along with each other. There is also the possibility that Zendaya does not feature in the photos because the stars didn’t have scenes together.
As it stands, the two actresses may not be required to work with each other, as Euphoria is reportedly ending after Season 3.
