Simon Kassianides Enlists In ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Season 2

Following the end of “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” Season 1, Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) is the new Director and he’ll be rebuilding S.H.I.E.L.D. with the help of some new agents and veterans as well.

Simon Kassianides may be among the new recruits in “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” Season 2. According to Deadline, Kassianides has landed a major recurring role as Bakshi, “a confident right-hand man who’s not afraid to do the dirty work.” Note that the report doesn’t specify whether Bakshi is working for S.H.I.E.L.D. or working against it. Either way, he’ll be around for a while.

Although Kassianides is best known for his appearance in Quantum of Solace, he has also appeared in “Nikita,” “Covert Affairs,” “Burn Notice” and “MI-5.”
