Neighbors surprised a lot of audiences this summer. For one thing, the little comedy about a pair of new parents feuding with their frat boy neighbors kicked the ass of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which nobody saw coming. For another, it revitalized the careers of the unexpectedly hilarious stars Rose Byrne and Zac Efron (we already knew Seth Rogen could be funny).
