The ending of tonight’s episode of NXT featured an incredible six-man tag team match, that saw The Undisputed Era taking on Keith Lee, Dominik Dijakovic, and Tommaso Ciampa. While the match ended with Keith Lee absolutely taking control of everything and landing a Spirit Bomb on Finn Balor before pinning Adam Cole, things got even crazier after.
The match itself became incredibly chaotic when Balor showed up late, getting into the ring and landing a dropkick onto Adam Cole that knocked the referee out. Balor then landed the 1916 on Ciampa, before Lee was able to land the Spirit Bomb on him. From there, Cole super kicked Lee and almost landed the Last Shot, but Lee was able to reverse it in his own version of the Jackhammer for the win.
Following the match, NXT general manager William Regal came out, and announced that on the December 18th episode of NXT, a number one contender match between Ciampa, Lee, and Balor will take place.
