During the Velveteen Dream vs. EC3 match at TakeOver, Mauro Ranallo referenced a “Cactus Clothesline” when EC3 delivered a special kind lariat to Dream, one that would make Mick Foley proud. And it sure did, as Foley thanked Ranallo for the tip of the cap:
