It was 19 years ago today when the countdown clock first made waves on WWE Raw and fans (along with The Rock) witnessed the debut of Y2J Chris Jericho. “The Millennium Man” interrupted “The People’s Champ” in grandiose fashion and wanted to thoroughly drink the moment in (maaaan), but The Rock was having none of it. Also, this day in history includes the steel cage classic between Bruno Sammartino and Larry Zbyszko that went down at Shea Stadium in 1980.
