Jerry Lawler Reveals He Was By His Son’s Side When He Passed, Comments On Current TBI Investigation

Jerry Lawler gave his first statements regarding the passing of his son Brian Christopher to Memphis’ FOX 13 earlier today.

Lawler’s statements were made off-the-air and over-the-phone to FOX 13’s Zach Crenshaw who can be seen in the above news clip describing their conversation.

Of note from the call Lawler revealed that he rushed back to Memphis from North Carolina when he heard that his son was in the hospital. He spent hours around Brian’s bed and was holding his son’s hand when he took his final breaths.

In regards to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s current investigation into Brian’s passing Lawler said, “There may be more to this than meets the eye.”

According to FOX 13, “The TBI called him this morning and asked him not to comment further until their investigation is complete.”
