WWE announced another first for their women’s roster with the confirmation of the first-ever all-women’s pay-per-view titled Evolution.
Vince McMahon kicked off tonight’s show and hyped the big announcement before introducing Triple H and Stephanie. Both HHH and Stephanie talked about how the male roster and the WWE Universe supported the women, and how the fans demanded more for these women. Stephanie said they went from Divas to Superstars and they are here for another first-ever announcement… the first all-women’s pay-per-view event. Stephanie said the event is called Evolution, and the event will take place at the end of October.
Michael Cole later confirmed the event will take place on Sunday, October 28th at the Nassau Coliseum.
Four title matches (the RAW, Smackdown, NXT and NXT UK women’s championships) and the 2018 Mae Young Classic finals will be included on the match card.
