Aleister Black Joins Mauro Ranallo In The #MentalHealthArmy

A few days after winning the NXT Championship back at Takeover, Aleister Black opened up on social media about being someone who suffers from anxiety and depression. Just recently Mauro Ranallo took to Twitter to welcome him as a member of #MentalHealthArmy in curing the stigma that goes with battling something that can be so crippling to many:

Along with so many of the stands that wrestlers take nowadays, the battle with mental health is a very beneficial one. Having someone like Aleister Black be so candid about his struggle with anxiety and depression is something that will reach a lot of fans (myself included).
