The Underkanter
During a recent Twitter Q&A, New York Knicks star Enes Kanter said he would entertain a WWE career once he’s retired from basketball. Kanter said (transcription via EuroHoops):
“Yes, I do really consider joining the WWE. It’s my favorite sport after basketball and I’ve been watching it since I was in college and I love it. And of course, my favorite (WWE star) is Undertaker. It’s going to be awesome, but I think I’m too far away from that right now. Maybe in 10 years.”
It was also noted that Kanter said he had been known as ‘The Underkanter‘ back when he was still playing at the University Of Kentucky.
