PWInsider.com is reporting that camera man, Donald Anderson, has filed suit against WWE and WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil (real name Thaddeus Bullard) in the state of Florida after an alleged incident occurred when shooting the WWE Network program, Swerved, in 2015. Anderson originally attempted to file suit in the state of California, but found success in transitioning the lawsuit over to the state of Florida.

Allegedly, Anderson claims that O’Neil got extremely angry when he was shocked by WWE Superstar Paige with an electroshock stick and proceeded to kick the camera out of Anderson’s hand, injuring him in the process.

According to the report, Anderson is seeking an excess of $15,000 in damages as well whatever punitive damages the Pasco County of Florida deems fit if the lawsuit should go in his favor.

Titus does so much good for the company and community that it’s a shame to see him have to go through an arduous process like this. Swerved was a bad idea in the first place so let’s hope this WWE Network redirect towards more wrestling-related content on the Network is more of a trend than a fad. More documentaries and less reality-show hijinks, please, for the sake of everyone.
