WWE NXT Takeover Championship Match: Andrade “Cien” Almas (c) w/Zelina Vega vs Aleister Black
As soon as the bell rings Black is all over Almas. Spinning back elbow by Black sends Almas to the outside. Black tries a dive but Almas moves. Black does a backflip off the ropes. Black hits a Golden Triangle moonsault to the outside. Alams hits a stiff chop on Black. Back in the ring, Black puts Almas in an octopus hold. Almas escapes to the outside. Black kicks Alams on the barricade. Black sends Almas into the ring. Vega dives off the apron and hurricanrana Black into the ring steps! Almas gets a near fall. Almas hit s hangman’s backbreaker into a final cut for another near fall. Hanging armbar by Almas. Springboard dropkick by Almas. Black kicks out. Black and Almas trade strikes. Almas puts Black in another draping armbar. Almas dives off the top but Black catches Almas with a high knee in mid-air. That was nasty. Strike combo by Black. Cabrada by Black for another near fall. Black goes up top but Almas cuts him off. Almas sets up a superplex. Black fights out of it.
Black powerbombs Almas off the top but Almas lands on his feet. Almas misses the running double knees in the corner. German suplex by Alams. Almas tries a moonsault off the top but Black moves out of the way. Almas lands on his feet and hits a standing moonsault. Black kicks out at two. Almas and Black trade strikes. Almas floors Black with a falling back elbow. Black hops up to his feet and almost decapitates Almas with a spin kick. Almas and Black kick each other in the head at the same time! Both men fall to the mat. Almas tries the running double knees but Black catches his foot. Almas sends Black to the outside. Almas hits a springboard corkscrew splash to the outside. Almas gets another long two count. Vega hands Almas the title. As the referee tries to get it away from Almas, Vega hits a hurricanrana-DDT on Black! Black kicks out. Black hits the Black Mass out of nowhere! AS the referee is counting Vega puts Almas’ foot on the rope.
