Smackdown Live Women’s Champion Charlotte vs Natalya
Natalya jaws with the crowd. Charlotte rolls Natalya up for a near fall. Suplex by Natalya. Natalya grabs a side headlock. Charlotte gets to her feet. Natalya and Charlotte both try to shoulder block each other. Neither can get the advantage. Charlotte and Natalya trade face locks and submission attempts. Charlotte sends Natalya head first into the turnbuckle. Charlotte stomps Natalya in the corner. Charlotte puts Natalya in a head scissors. Charlotte slams Natalya’s head into the mat over and over again. Charlotte flips Natalya around the ring by her head. Natalya rolls out of the ring to collect herself. Charlotte lights Natalya up with a few chops on the outside. Natalya sends Charlotte head-first into the ring post to regain control as we cut to commercial.
After the break, Natalya puts Charlotte in an abdominal stretch. Charlotte reverses the hold on Natalya. Natalya elbows her way out of the hold before whipping Charlotte by her hair. Natalya sends Charlotte into the corner. Charlotte flips over the top rope and tries to go up top. Natalya slams Charlotte off the top rope. Natalya gets a near fall. Surfboard stretch by Natalya. Charlotte escapes and levels Natalya with chop after chop. Natalya puts Charlotte in a sleeper hold. Charlotte drops Natalya in a reverse Bubba bomb like maneuver. Charlotte tries a moonsault but Natalya gets her knees up. Double clothesline. Carmella’s music hits and she runs down with the Money in the Bank briefcase. Before Carmella can hand it to the referee Charlotte kicks the briefcase out of Carmella’s hands. Charlotte destroys Carmella with a big boot. Natalya rolls up Charlotte but Charlotte kicks out. Charlotte puts Natalya in the Figure Eight. Natalya taps out.
Winner- Charlotte
After the match, Asuka makes her way to the ring. Asuka dances right past Charlotte. Asuka grabs a mic and says the Queen will bow down to the Empress. Before Asuka can finish her thought Charlotte rips the mic out of Asuka’s hand and tells her that she IS ready.
