WWE Planning Famous Female Wrestler Biopic

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that WWE is planning on making a WWE Studios film about Mae Young.

This is the reasons that WWE has been prominently promoting Mae as of late as a pioneer in women’s wrestling. Including putting her name on the upcoming female tournament The Mae Young Classic.

The idea behind the film would be to establish Mae as the Babe Ruth of female wrestling.
