WZ’s Nick Hausman spoke with former WWE star Jack Swagger at the C2E2 convention over the weekend, and below are some interview highlights as well as the full interview:

On his current his plans after his 90 day no compete clause with WWE expires:

“I’m gonna be everywhere. As soon as I get out of this period…”

On possibly working with Impact Wrestling:

“It would be awesome to work with Dirty Dutch Mantell again, good friend of mine. So we’ll just have to see. I’m in the process of lining up a calendar, and getting a lot of shows, I think I’m booked for the summer with shows. So I’m gonna be anywhere, you can see me in Australia, on Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore tour.”

On being a pro wrestler on the current indy scene:

“It’s a great time to be a wrestler right now, it’s so exciting. The opportunity out there to really take control of your career, and be the character you want to be, it’s never been easier, there has never been more advantage. It really seems like we are kinda going back to a territory system where you see a lot of different promotions working together and you see brands growing out of that.”

Swagger also cuts a promo on WWE star Curtis Axel, during which he calls him the worst fantasy football player of all time, and you can check that out and more in the video player below:
