Myles Galloway recently spoke with WWE star Sami Zayn to promote WWE SummerSlam and you can watch the entire interview below. The following are some highlights:

On how he is feeling following the WWE brand split:

It’s been interesting. Because of the timing of it all. So much of my mental energy and physical energy was going into this rivalry with Kevin Owens, and that came to a head at Battleground. But that was right at the time of the brand split, so kind of coming out of that rivalry and going into the brand split, finishing with Kevin, I kind of, I don’t want to say I’m floating but I don’t really know where I’m going next. But ultimately I think it’s a great thing.

On what makes a match great:

The match with Shinsuke Nakamura at Takeover… I still get Tweets about it everyday, saying ‘I’ve watched it, my fifth time watching it, and it’s still great’. Which means so much to me. I always wonder what makes something good. Who’s to say what makes something good? And I was having this conversation with Finn [Balor] one time about what makes a great match, is it how the fans respond to it? Is it the work in the ring? Who’s to say what’s good? And it was something he said that really struck a cord with me, where he said one of the measures of quality and art and timeless art is that it stands the test of time. You can watch Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels from WrestleMania 12 and it almost gets better with time. That’s the true mark of excellence.
