CM Punk Talks Wanting to Fight at UFC 200

The Associated Press recently interviewed CM Punk, and during the interview Punk said that he would like to have his likely debut fight against Mickey Gall take place at UFC 200 in July:

“There’s part of me that cares because UFC 200 is going to be a big deal,” Punk said. “I’ve spoken to Dana about it, trying to figure out what’s best for both parties. It’s just a smarter business decision.”

As noted, UFC President Dana White recently revealed that Punk likely will not fight at UFC 200, and his fight might take place around June of this year, maybe at UFC 199.
