Will Rusev Suffer Backlash for His Public Engagement to Lana?
As noted, Lana and Rusev broke kaybabe last week when they went public with their engagement. TMZ broke the news that the two stars were engaged in real life, and Rusev posted on social media about it.
While WWE was aware of the engagement before the news broke online, Vince McMahon was reportedly not happy that news of Rusev and Lana’s engagement leaked to the public, forcing WWE to change its creative plans. While not confirmed, Vince being upset with Rusev may or may not have had to do with his quick loss on Smackdown this week.
For what it’s worth, F4WOnline.com is reporting Monday will be an “interesting” day for Rusev, and that could mean he might be facing creative backlash for his public engagement to Lana.
