The Wrestling Observer Newsletter ran an update on an older story involving TNA’s Dixie Carter reportedly sending an email to Discovery network executives instead of sending it to the intended recipient.
The Observer says this actually did happen, as Carter sent an email to Marc Graboff, the President of the Discovery Network. Carter was complaining about the Network not sending out correct information pertaining to the “+3 ratings” which has to do with the DVR viewership three days after the original airing of the show. Carter reportedly called Graboff some names and insulted his intelligence, and the kicker was that she actually copied Group President of Destination America Harvey Schlieff and several other Discovery Network executives on the email.
Schlieff ended up commenting himself, saying he was sorry Carter was upset by the way information was being released. It was noted that Graboff also was copied on the response, and the internal memo that was later issued announcing Impact’s cancellation.
