Randy Orton Still Advertised For More WWE Events, WWE Teases Tag Team Breakup In RAW Preview

goldustWWE Teases Tag Team Breakup

WWE.com has a new article teasing a breakup of Gold and Stardust, posted after Stardust walked out on his partner Goldust during a match last night on Smackdown.

The article was posted as a preview for this week’s episode of RAW, where we may find out more about the situation. It’s been rumored for sometime now that the brothers may split and feud into Wrestlemania 31

The last couple weeks have not been kind to Gold & Stardust, as the brothers have found themselves stuck in a frustrating losing streak. In the course of it all, the painted Superstars no longer seem to be on the same page — or even the same galaxy for that matter — inside the squared circle. Both men have shown a puzzling lack of trust in recent contests, with each taking turns forcing themselves into matches with unnecessary tags. But is this new riff nothing more than normal brotherly friction? Or is it the beginning of the end for the former WWE Tag Team Champions? …

…Whatever is going on, Stardust’s actions Thursday night are likely to only make things worse. Maybe the older, wiser Goldust can get control of what appears to be a sinking ship. But what if The Bizarre One is also fed up? Could we see the veteran Superstar retaliate against his younger sibling’s SmackDown transgression? Or will he pull him back down to earth?

Randy Orton Still Advertised

WWE Superstar Randy Orton is still being advertised for Saturday’s WWE live event at the Maverik Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as Sunday night’s show at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington, West Virginia.

The current advertised card currently features Orton teaming with Daniel Bryan to face Kane and Seth Rollins. As always, the card is subject to change, and Orton’s return to WWE has been uncertain even when advertised. Orton has been promoted and pulled from several shows the past month, including the 2015 Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

He is currently being advertised for the February 16th episode of RAW in Orlando, Florida; the latest reports are that the WWE creative team is just waiting to bring Orton back to television when they have something written for him.
