Randy Orton is currently not advertised for any WWE televised or live events for the remainder of November, and most of December. He is being advertised for the 12/26 house show at Madison Square Garden, and will be a part of the John Cena/Seth Rollins tour for the few remaining dates in 2015.
Orton was backstage at Sunday’s Survivor Series PPV in St. Louis but wasn’t used on the show because WWE felt they had enough “surprise factor” in Sting’s debut in the main event segment. It’s been rumored that Orton is slated to face Seth Rollins at the WWE TLC event in three weeks as one of the top matches on the card, but it’s unclear whether or not that is still in the works.
He noted on 11/22 that he would take on-set pictures from his latest movie “after the holidays”, which would indicate that filming is still underway and he may not be on next week’s WWE Raw in Tulsa, OK either. If that’s the case, there is only one more episode prior to the PPV, and it’s unlikely the match with Rollins will take place in December.
