Confirming recent reports, WWE and Daniel Bryan announced today at the San Diego Comic Con that the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion will be writing an auto-biography.

The book will be available Spring 2015, just in time for WrestleMania 31. You can pre-order your copy from Macmillan.com now. Here’s the official synopsis:
Everyone’s favorite underdog, he’s proven to the world and to all of WWE that looks can be deceiving. This is the behind-the-scenes story told for the first time ever — from his beginnings as a child wanting to wrestle to his ten years on the circuit before finally making it in WWE.
KILLAM: Just speculation, but I’m not sure an autobiography is great news for Bryan’s return timetable. If he was slated to be back in a few weeks, or even a few months, I highly doubt one of the busiest guys in wrestling would have time to write (or have written, as the case may be) this kind of in-depth project. It is exciting that he’ll be talking about his time on the independents, as he’s probably got far more interesting stories about his decade prior to joining WWE, having wrestled all over the planet.
