Our new NXT Champion Adrian Neville is in the building, and it looks like he'll be in action to kick off tonight's show.

Adrian Neville vs. Camacho

The champ extends his hand but Camacho kicks him in the mid-section. Neville does a backflip off the top turnbuckle and tosses Camacho with an arm drag. He locks in rest hold but Camacho powers out and slaps the champion across the chest a half dozen times. They trade knife-edge chops and Neville gets the advantage, firing off with a series of kicks. A missile dropkick connects, followed by the Red Arrow for the 1-2-3.

Winner: Adrian Neville

Mike's Thoughts: Not much here to write home about. The new champion comes out, puts away a nobody – sorry Camacho – and that's all she wrote. You have to love that Red Arrow though. Even if the match doesn't matter at all, like this one here, there's always going to be at least one moment that pops you.

Renee Young comes out and asks Adrian Neville about his title win last week. He says it was indescribable, and tells the fans "never say never". He goes on for several minutes, talking about all his short comings – his weird look, size, his accent, etc. – but says the title proves he is the best wrestler in NXT. He says the best thing about last week is that there is "no more Bo" —

Speak of the devil, Bo Dallas makes his way out in a suit and tie. He congratulates Neville on his big win, but says he didn't get the pinfall because he climbed a ladder. He says he's cashing in his rematch….soon, to bring the title back to all his Bo-lievers.

Backstage, Emma says that Paige deserves to be the champion. The "Nature Boy" Ric Flair comes out of nowhere and says that Emma fought as if she was a champion, but it's not up to her to determine who is tough. She says the next women's champion is her daughter, Charlotte. Charlotte comes up and makes fun of Emma losing twice. We get a "woo" from Flair, and their match is next apparently.

After a short break, we get another backstage confrontation, this time between Paige and Charlotte. Flair is there again.

Mike's Thoughts: Nice to see the "Nature Boy". We really need to get somebody out here who is comfortable on the microphone. Flair is carrying this show in the promo department so far.
