Exclusive: Details On WWE’s New Saturday Morning Show

WZ has learned news details this afternoon regarding WWE's new Saturday morning show, which the company plans to launch in the fall.

WWE has already announced bringing WWE Main Event to Ion television on Wednesday nights beginning in October.

According to sources within WWE, the new Saturday morning show will air on the CW channel in every market in the United States.

Yesterday, we posted a story regarding a survey WWE has sent out intending to gauge fan interest for a Saturday morning program.

The show is described as being similar to Livewire, the Saturday morning show WWE had in the 1990's. The new program hasn't been given its official name yet as WWE has narrowed it down to three or four names.

It's expected the show will feature social media interaction, interviews, storyline recaps and an original match which will be taped prior to Raw or Smackdown earlier in the week.

Nothing has been made official but it's expected Josh Mathews or Scott Stanford will be the host of the show. It's expected to be be produced in Connecticut and both talents live there.

No official start date was given to WZ but we're told likely before the end of 2012.
