Michaels is out first. Huge burst of fireworks for his entrance. More extravagant then normal for sure! Jericho is 2nd to the ring. He walks out confidently with the belt around his waist.
COMMERCIAL (On a side note. There has been a commercial for Austin’s new movie during almost every break so far!)
The bell sounds as we come back from commercial with Shawn laying into Jericho. He beats him into the corner, followed by a clothesline. Now Micheals is taking Jericho to the corners of the ring and slapping his chest. Shawn suffers an Irish Whip reversal which puts him upside down in the corner. He breaks free and leaps on Jericho with punches. Jericho gets out of it and reverses a move to send HBK outisde the ring. Jericho then climbs out of the ring to get HBK back inside. He lines him up for a slingshot in which HBK’s throat hits the bottom rope. Jericho taunts the crowd before landing an elbow drop. This is followed by a sleeper hold on the crowd. Shawn fights his way back to his feet, but is quickly knocked back down by Chris. Y2J lifts him up and throws a fist to his head. "You are Nothing Shawn Michaels" is heard as he is slapping his head.
Another sleeper is engaged on HBK. Loud HBK chant from the crowd as Shawn is battling his way up. Another huge slap to the chest of Jericho. Reversed Irish whip followed by a flying clothesline from HBK. Atomic drop ensues. HBK then misses a punch and Jericho attempts to set up Walls of Jericho. HBK reverses into a small package and a 2 count! Jericho then tries the lionsault, but Shawn brings up his knees! HBK then hops up to the top rope and lands his elbow drop from the top rope!!! This sets up the tuning of the band!!!!! The crowd counts along to the sound of Shawns foot. Jericho rolls out of the ring and walks away as the referee makes a ten count!!!
Edges Music Hits!!!!!
Edge runs out and immediately starts going at Jericho. He throws him into the guard rail and they work their way into the ring. Edge is going crazy in the corner as the crowd screams. Spear in the center of the ring!!!! Edge then leaves to grab a mic. He crawls up to Jericho and whispers "Spear". He then throws the mic and leaves the ring.
