John Cena (w/ Wade Barrett) vs Randy Orton

(Winner chooses the special guest referee for the Orton/Barrett rematch)

Cena and Orton trade headlocks before Orton gets the upper hand and drops knees on Cena. He continues to punch him, and ducks a flying shoulder by Cena and Cena lands on the floor at ringside. Orton turns around and punches Barrett and stares him down as we go to a break.

When we get back Cena fights off Orton and tries for the AA, but Orton counters with a DDT and gets a two count. Cena comes back and hits a shoulder tackle and sit out side slam, then follows it with the Five Knuckle Shuffle and sets up for the AA. Orton fights him off and also avoids the STF, and Orton hits a powerslam then tries to hit the ropes DDT, but Cena reverses it and dumps him over the top rope. Barrett goes towards Orton, but Cena runs out and shoves Barrett to the ground so he doesn’t get disqualified, and Barrett is screaming at Cena for it.

Back in the ring, Cena hits a top rope standing leg drop, but somehow Orton is able to kick out, and Cena measures him for the AA. Orton counters out and slams Cena’s head across the rope, but walks right into an STF by Cena when he gets back in. Barrett tries holding the ropes so Orton can’t get reach them, but Cena breaks the hold and goes to back Barrett off again. He gets back in and gets hit with the ropes DDT, then Orton sets up for the RKO. Cena fights it off and hits the AA, but Orton kicks out and Cena and Barrett can’t believe it. Cena picks Orton up again, but Orton hits the RKO and Cena rolls/falls out of the ring so Orton can’t make the cover. Orton struggles to bring Cena back in the ring and then finally rolls him in, and sets up for the punt, but Barrett pulls Cena out and hits him with a clothesline.

Cena wins the match by DQ, and Orton goes after Barrett on the floor and pounds on him until Nexus hits the ring. Cena fights them all off and Barrett screams at him and tells him to stay in the ring. He congratulates Cena for winning, and says he gets to choose the referee, and he picks Cena. He tells Orton that Cena will be impartial, and to prove it Cena will be free to leave Nexus when Barrett wins the title. Cena drops to the mat and can’t believe it as Orton stares at Nexus on the ramp.
