Rhea Ripley Wants Another Shot At A Freddy Krueger Themed Entrance In WWE

There’s a reason why Rhea Ripley calls herself the Nightmare of WWE.

Former RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley recently spoke to WrestleZone about a variety of subjects. When asked what her favorite horror movie franchise was, Ripley revealed it was A Nightmare on Elm Street and showed off her Freddy Krueger tattoo in the process.

“I love Freddy Krueger,” Rhea Ripley revealed. “I got Freddy Krueger… [shows tattoo on her wrist of Freddy Kruger’s glove]. [He’s from] Nightmare on Elm Street… [I’m] the Nightmare in WWE.”

Ripley did a Freddy Krueger-inspired entrance for the first women’s War Games match at NXT TakeOver: War Games 2019, but it didn’t come off as she had hoped and wants the chance to try it again.

“I did one for War Games,” Rhea Ripley said. “It just didn’t turn out as good as I wanted it to. But I did do one for the first-ever women’s War Games match. I definitely want to do it again.”

When asked if she didn’t become a professional wrestler what would she be doing with her life, Ripley believes she would have been a personal trainer.

“I think I honestly would have been a personal trainer. I love the gym. I love working out and I’m really passionate about that sort of stuff. So I probably would have done something along those lines of like physical fitness and I think I would have absolutely fried my brain just thinking about it. I think it would have been the best job for me.”
