AEW Rampage Results (4/1/22): Keith Lee vs. Powerhouse Hobbs, Owen Hart Tournament Qualifier And More

All Elite Wrestling will deliver another star-studded episode of AEW Rampage on Friday night.

In a clash of two powerhouses, Keith Lee will take on Powerhouse Hobbs. Plus, The Young Bucks will face Top Flight, and Jamie Hayter will battle Skye Blue in a qualifying match for the Owen Hart Tournament.

The results are as follows:

Young Bucks defeated Top Flight

A video package focused on Kris Statlander and teased her gimmick change. She noted that she’d be showing the world a new side of Statlander.

American Top Team comes to the ring. Ethan Page insults the viral picture Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti posted and wondered if Fuego del Sol was the photographer. Paige Van Zantc cracked a joke about Orange Cassidy, saying he took the Freshley Squeezed nickname too far. Guevara and Conti responded by demolishing Lambert’s car, hoping to get a match against ATT, but Lambert refused.

Danhausen was unamused when Danhausen tried to curse him during a backstage interview.

The Young Bucks accepted FTR’s challenge to rematch, setting the stage for a showdown on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

House of Black defeated Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, and Fuego Del Sol

Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Qualifier: Jamie Hayter defeated Skye Blue to qualify

In a promo, Penta Oscuro & Alex Abrahantes warned House of Black that they’d better not forget about about Death Triangle.

The broadcast team announced Christian Cage vs. Adam Cole for the April 6, 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite.

Keith Lee defeated Powerhouse Hobbs

After the match, Starks and Hobbs beat up Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee. Hobbs dropped Lee with a Spear onto a table, and Team Taz stood tall to close the night.
