Dolph Ziggler Teases Coming To WWE NXT 2.0, Taking The NXT Title From Bron Breakker

WWE NXT Champion Bron Breakker took a shot at Dolph Ziggler, and in doing so, he might have put himself on the veteran’s radar.

In a tweet, Breakker stated that Ziggler doesn’t work on Saturdays, either, which was a reference to the latter’s elimination from the WWE Royal Rumble match.

Ziggler responded in a WWE Digital Exclusive after WWE RAW. He shared his belief that people will say anything online, but they might be less outspoken in person.

“It’s always good to have fans I guess,” said Ziggler. “And there’s a lot of people online who, if you saw them in real life, they wouldn’t say exactly the same things, you know what I mean. I think Mike Tyson… said everyone runs their mouths until you see ‘em in person and they shut the hell up or you punch them in the face and that changes everything. So I feel like that happens a lot.”

Ziggler then teased that he could “stop by” NXT 2.0 and take Breakker’s title away from him before he sarcastically wished the champion good luck.

“So Bron Breakker, NXT Champion! Congrats kid, that’s fantastic,” Ziggler continued.”Young guy, jacked? Oh awesome, good for him. That’s fantastic. Lotta people ask me after matches like this like, ‘Dolph, you good? I go I’m not good. I’m the best MFer we got. So maybe one of these days, those people that run their mouths online have to deal with me in person. So maybe Breakker and his title, maybe I take it away from him. Maybe I stop by? Who’s to say? Anyway, good luck, kid. Keep throwing your name out online. That works for everybody.”

It’s worth noting that Ziggler never had a run in NXT; he’s been a member of the main roster after he came through the OVW developmental system in the mid-2000s.
