Adam Cole doesn’t just want to beat Orange Cassidy; he’s already done that. Instead, he wants to end “Freshly Squeezed.”
With that in mind, on the January 19 episode of AEW Dynamite, “The Panama City Playboy” challenged Cassidy to a Lights Out match for next week’s show, which will be the special “Beach Break” episode. Before Cole threw down the gauntlet, he and his girlfriend, AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker defeated Cassidy and Kris Statlander in a mixed tag bout on Wednesday.
Cole was fired up because “Freshly Squeezed” accidentally sent Baker crashing through a table during the contest, and “BayBay” vowed to make Cassidy pay.
