While there was plenty of hype for NXT WarGames on the November 30 episode of WWE NXT 2.0, Tuesday’s show also set up a match for next week’s show. On the December 7 episode, Xyon Quinn will face Santos Escobar in a singles bout.
Quinn’s feud with Legado Del Fantasma reached a new level on Tuesday, as Quinn walked to ringside while Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde battled Kyle O’Reilly and Von Wagner on Tuesday. He attacked Santos Escobar during this bout, and Elektra Lopez later told Quinn that he’d be facing Escobar next Tuesday due to this assault. She wished him luck and told him that he’ll need it for this bout.
