Pair Of AEW Stars Potentially Injured Last Night, Full Gear Replay Now Available

UPDATE: Northeast Wrestling has reached out to PWInsider with an update, saying “Eddie Kingston contacted us late last night. Due to an injury to his shoulder in his match with CM Punk last night at the AEW PPV, he will be unable to appear at Big Event NY Convention today. He is having his shoulder checked out and having a series of medical tests this morning.” PWInsider is told there was no specific injury occurring from the actual match but that is more of a case of Kingston being banged up from different issues.

Following the AEW Full Gear PPV event last night, a slew of superstars were scheduled to attend the Big Event convention in New York City.

PWInsider is reporting that both Eddie Kingston and Malakai Black did not make the trip from Minneapolis to New York overnight and were absent from the convention. An announcement was made to people attending the event that they will not be appearing due to injuries suffered during last night’s Full Gear PPV.

PWInsider is working to confirm if the injuries were legitimate, and if so, the nature of the injuries. We will provide an update as soon as we have it.

For those of you that might have missed the Full Gear PPV last night, Tony Khan has announced that the replay is now available on FITE TV. The FITE app gives you the ability to pause and rewind the show, something that the Bleacher Report stream does not permit.
