AEW Rampage Results (11/12/21): Jungle Boy vs. Bobby Fish

Just one day before AEW Full Gear, the November 12 episode of AEW Rampage offered fans several exciting matches.

In two of the headlining bouts, Jungle Boy faced Bobby Fish, and Orange Cassidy took on Matt Hardy in a Lumberjack match.

The results are as follows:

Jungle Boy vs. Bobby Fish

Jungle Boy takes the fight to Fish right away, but Fish wrenches his arm and sends him crashing to the outside. The fan-favorite rallies and takes Fish down with a dropkick. Fish again counters Jungle Boy and forces him to crash down on the apron. He sends “Jungle Boy Jack” into the barricade. The veteran continues to target Jungle Boy’s arm, but again the young lad from the jungle perseveres and keeps fighting.

Fish keeps attacking Jungle Boy’s arm, but he fires back with a lariat. “Infamous” Fish continues to targe the wounded limb. He brutally suplexes Jungle Boy into the ropes for a two count. In the end, “Jungle Boy Jack” makes Fish tap out to the Snare Trap.

Winner: Jungle Boy

Adam Cole runs to the ring and brawls with Jungle Boy. Fish and Cole gang up on Jungle Boy, and they hug. Christian Cage and Luchasaurus make the save, leaving Fish to take a Killswitch from Cage.

Backstage, Cole and the Young Bucks start to hype up AEW Full Gear. Hangman Page gets in Cole’s face and says he needs to speak to the Bucks. He tells them he’s sorry because he was an “ass” for throwing away their friendship. Page says the Young Bucks cost him a shot at the world title, so their even. He warns them that if they so much as touch him at AEW Full Gear, he’ll “ruin” them.

Jade Cargill (with “Smart” Mark Sterling) vs. Santana Garrett

Sterling shows Cargill an anniversary cake to celebrate her anniversary with AEW; she signed with the company one year ago today. Cargill gets in Red Velvet’s face at ringside; they’ll face off in the second round of the TBS Women’s Championship Tournament. Using her impressive strength, Cargill continues to control the bout. She slams Garrett with the Jaded to pick up the decisive victory.

Winner: Jade Cargill

Velvet attacks Cargill and shoves the cake into Sterling’s face. The two women brawl until officials eventually separate them.

Dante Martin vs. Ariya Daivari

The two hometown competitors shake hands and feel each other out with fast-paced offense. Martin takes Daivari down with a hurricanrana and gains the upper hand. He drops Daivari with an acrobatic takedown.

The former WWE 205 star takes control with a diving leg drop, and he gets a two count. Daivari blasts Martin with some stiff kicks. A lariat floors Martin, and Daivari hits a frog splash for a two count. Martin rallies and soars onto Daivari outside the ring. He pins Daivari with an atheltic dive.

Winner: Dante Martin

Ricky Starks gets on the microphone and says Team Taz has noticed Martin. Powerhouse Hobbs hands him a contract while Starks tells the fan-favorite to consider the offer.

Mark Henry interviews Orange Cassidy and Matt Hardy ahead of their match. “Big Money Matt” warns “Freshly Squeezed” that some of the lumberjacks actually have integrity. Both men agree that their rivalry will end tonight.

Lumberjack Match: Orange Cassidy vs. Matt Hardy

Hardy offers to pay any lumberjack $20,000 if they knock Orange Cassidy down. The offer prompts the lumberjacks to brawl as “Freshly Squeezed” takes the fight to Hardy. Cassidy, usually cool as a cucumber, is fired up right away. He gets an early two count on Hardy. The Blade attacks Cassidy from behind as the H.F.O. is clearly making an impact on this match.

Hardy takes control and slams Cassidy into the turnbuckle again and again. During a commercial, lumberjacks continue to repeatedly attack “Freshly Squeezed.” Hardy is firmly in control, and he drops Cassidy with a suplex. The Best Friends, Cassidy included, eventually dive onto the lumberjacks. Wheeler Yuta and Chuck Taylor launch Cassidy onto Hardy and the lumberjacks. Yuta tosses Hardy back into the ring, but Hardy catches “Freshly Squeezed” with a Side Effect.

H.F.O. and the Best Friends brawl into the ring, and in the chaos, Cassidy avoids The Leech and plants Hardy with the Beach Break. Cassidy dishes out Orange Punches to The Factory, and Kris Statlander stops The Bunny from interfering. The Blade blasts Cassidy with brass knuckles, and Hardy pins him for the win.

Winner: Matt Hardy

After the match, H.F.O. attacks Cassidy and the Best Friends. Ryan Nemeth helps Hardy’s forces in the assault as H.F.O. stands tall.
