Earlier today, R-Truth and Reggie interrupt Austin Theory’s backstage interview tussling over the 24/7 Championship. Theory gets in Truth’s face. Truth challenges Theory to a match, on one condition: that Theory gets permission from his mommy. Truth scampers away like Bugs Bunny.
R-Truth vs. Austin Theory
Truth walks out on the stage while Theory is in the ring. Truth says Theory is going to face this man tonight: Jeff Hardy.
Jeff Hardy vs. Austin Theory
Theory rolls up Hardy with a handful of tights. Hardy kicks out. Roll up by Hardy with a handful of tights. Theory kicks out and complains to the referee. Dropkick by Hardy. Theory rolls out of the ring. Hardy goes out to the apron but ends up getting tripped by Theory. Hangman’ss neck breaker off the apron by Theory.
After the break, Hardy fires up. Theory ends up outside the ring. Hardy leaps off the ring steps and lands poetry in motion, sending Theory into the barricade. The Charismatic Enigma sets up a Swanton. All Day hits the top rope, crotching Hardy on the top rope. Theory blasts Hardy with a modified Ushigorshi for the win.
Winner- Austin Theory
After the match, Theory grabs his phone and takes a selfie with Hardy on the mat. Theory spends a bit too much time gloating; Hardy gets to his feet and surprises Theory with the Twist of Fate. Hardy takes a selfie with Theory’s phone.
