ROH Wrestling Results (8/16/21): Champions vs. All-Stars

Champions vs. All-Stars: The Briscoes, EC3, Flip Gordon and Josh Woods vs. Bandido, Jonathan Gresham, Dragon Lee, Chris Dickinson and Homicide

Gresham and Woods start the match in a preview of their upcoming bout at ROH Death Before Dishonor. They feel each other out with technical holds until Dickinson tags in. Despite his status as a member of Violence Unlimited, he showcases his pure wrestling skills. Dragon Lee and Mark Briscoe tag in and trade blows. The Briscoes double-team Lee, and EC3 briefly enters the match before Gordon tags himself in.

Dragon Lee rallies and tags Dickinson. “The Mercenary” drills Dickinson with a kick to the head, and Woods makes the hot tag. The match breaks down into chaos when the Briscoes brawl with Dickinson and Homicide. Woods and Gresham face off again, and “The Tactical Beast” drills Gresham with a stiff forearm. Gordon tags himself in, and EC3 accidentally drops him with a Spear.

Bandido tags in and hits a spinning dive onto Gordon. The match breakd down as teams brawl at ringside. Bandido and Lee dive onto Gordon and Woods on the outside. Bodies are flying as everyone strives to gain the upper hand. Homicide suplexes Gordon and nearly gets the three count. Gordon blasts Homicide with a superkick and drops him with the Flip-5 for a near fall. He plants Homicide with a piledriver for the win.

Winner: Flip Gordon, EC3, Josh Woods and The Briscoes

The Briscoes continue to brawl with Dickinson and Homicide after the bell.
