PWG Mystery Vortex 7 Results (8/1/21): Bandido, Orange Cassidy, And More In Action

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) is back.

For the first time since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, PWG held an event; on August 1, the promotion returned with Mystery Vortex 7, the latest in a line of shows where the matches and participants are not announced ahead of time. Among other notable names, Ring of Honor World Champion Bandido, ROH Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham and AEW stars Orange Cassidy and Evil Uno were in action.

  • Tony Deppen defeated Jack Cartwheel
  • Brody King defeated JD Drake
  • Demonic Flamita defeated Arez
  • Jonathan Gresham defeated Lee Moriarty
  • Aramis and Rey Horus defeated Trey Miguel and Myron Reed
  • Orange Cassidy defeated Evil Uno
  • PWG World Championship: Bandido defeated Black Taurus
    • After the match, Super Dragon and Tommy End (making his return to PWG) save Bandido from an attack at the hands of Taurus and Flamita. End says he’ll be back on September 26, and King says he’ll go where End goes.
